Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Attend Bill Clinton Dinner  9/25/05

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continued their efforts to help end world poverty last week (ends16SEP05), when they attended a special singer hosted by Former US President Bill Clinton.

The Mr and Mrs Smith co-stars, who have yet to confirm ongoing reports of romance, joined 800 world leaders in New York City for the Clinton Global Initiative, which aims to make changes in poverty, climate, religion and government.

Pitt says, "I got interested in this because of the goals of (Jolie's UN-sponsored) Millennium Project. I'm a big believer in the idea that something can be done.

"I'm frustrated that we don't jump all the way in. There are a lot of arguments to make beyond the humanity one. There are health issues, safety issues..."
