Sharon Osbourne Terrified of Cancer Returning  9/26/05

The X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne lives in fear the colon cancer she successfully battled two years ago (03) will return.

Following her illness Osbourne found the strength to help others and set up The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program, and took her career to new heights alongside Simon Cowell on the British talent show.

But despite her outward display of strength, the rock matriarch insists she can never forget her ordeal.

She says, "It's a big fear. I get check-ups every six months. I'm a natural pessimist and always feel I'm ready for bad news."
