Klum regained her figure just six days after giving birth to baby son
Henry, thanks to a tough personal training regime. The supermodel
miraculously appeared at the Emmy Awards last Sunday (18SEP06) less than a
week after going into labour with her first child with husband SEAL - and
she looked fit and fabulous.
Her
trainer David Kirsch flew to Los Angeles straight after Klum gave birth
and launched her straight into a regime that produced rapid results.
Kirsch says, "It's not a question of the number of sessions a week -
it's how many hours a day." He also put the German on a strict diet.
He adds, "Lean, clean and green. No dairy, lots of greens, grains,
egg whites and protein shakes." Now she's lost most of her baby
weight, Klum isn't giving up - she is hoping to be superslim and ready to
return to the catwalk for a Victoria's Secret lingerie show on 9 November
(05).
