Gretchen Wilson Slams Paris Hilton 9/27/05

Country star Gretchen Wilson believes Paris Hilton is such a bad role model, she's launched an attack on the hotel heiress on her latest album.

On California Girls, which appears on Wilson's All Jacked Up disc, the singer makes her feelings about the blonde socialite very clear.

She sings, "That Paris Hilton gets under my skin/ With her big fake smile and her painted-on tan."

Wilson says of the lyrics, "I personally don't know why she's such a big star. What does she do? I just don't get it.

"I wouldn't want my daughter to look up to her. Being 80 pounds and blonde, and living in Hollywood? Those aren't goals."
