Orlando Bloom and Kate Bosworth Break Up  9/6/06

Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom and girlfriend Kate Bosworth have reportedly decided to end their four year relationship, according to media reports in the US.

Sources close to the pair confirmed to US news show Entertainment Tonight that the couple had split.

Bloom is currently on location in Southern California shooting Pirates of the Caribbean: at Worlds End.

But the break-up could be awkward, as the pair are scheduled to start filming Seasons of Dust together later this month (SEP06).

The Depression-era drama features a young woman (Bosworth), whose uncle commits suicide, forcing her to go on the lam with a dashing thief (Bloom).
