Kate Beckinsale Replaces Sarah Jessica Parker in Movie  9/13/06

Kate Beckinsale has stepped in to replace Sarah Jessica Parker as the star of new Psycho-style thriller Vacancy.

The sexy British star will play a motel guest who becomes the target of a serial killer in the film.

Luke Wilson will play her partner in the film, according to industry magazine The Hollywood Reporter.
