Iglesias to Appear This Week on Dancing With the Stars Results Show

Latin Crooner Julio Iglesias Takes the Stage; The Second Couple is
Eliminated; Tysonia Sichinga, of Carson, CA Featured in Slim-Fast® Dance

Episode 302A" The legendary Julio Iglesias sets foot on the
"Dancing with the Stars" stage for the first time, WEDNESDAY,
SEPTEMBER 20 (8:00-9:01 p.m., ET) on "Dancing with the Stars the
Results Show." Singing "I Want to Know What Love Is" from
his new album, "Romantic Classics," the Latin singer with the
sultry voice will be accompanied by professional dancers Maksim
Chmerkovskiy and Cheryl Burke as they perform a memorable Rumba. The
celebrities will also step aside as eight of the professional dancers
entertain the audience with a group jive to Billy Idol's "Rebel
Yell." In addition, Jordi Caballero and Claudia Velasco will showcase
the Argentinean Tango to "Dance Away" by Roxy Music.
Having made her national television debut last week, everyday woman
Tysonia Sichinga will be featured once again in the "Slim-Fast(r)
Dance Challenge" segment of the show. This week we'll see how
Tysonia's dancing skills and fitness have progressed as she tackles the
Tango.
By evening's end, the couple with the lowest score will be eliminated,
as determined by a combination of the judges' scores and viewers' votes.

Samantha Harris ("E! Entertainment"), "Dancing with the
Stars the Results Show" airs WEDNESDAYS at 8:00 p.m., ET, following
the "Dancing with the Stars" performance show on Tuesday nights.
Last Wednesday "Dancing With the Stars the Results Show" shot
out of the gate with an average audience of 16.1 million viewers and a 4.1
rating, 12 share among Adults 18-49. Political analyst Tucker Carlson was
the first dancer to be eliminated from the contest this season. The
results show overshadowed its time period, beating its nearest competitors
by 7.7 million viewers (Fox's "Bones = 8.4 million) and by 37% in
Adults 18-49 (CBS' "Rock Star: Supernova" season finale =
3.0/9). In fact, the ABC unscripted program ranked No. 1 in its time slot
across the board, including Total Viewers, each of key adult demos
(AD18-34/AD18-49/AD25/54), Teens 12-17 and Kids 2-11.
"Dancing with the Stars" is the U.S. version of the
international smash hit series, "Strictly Come Dancing." This
version is produced in America by BBC Worldwide. Conrad Green and Richard
Hopkins are executive producers and Izzie Pick is co-executive producer.
Rob Wade and Matilda Zoltowski are supervising producers. Alex Rudzinski
directs.
"Dancing with the Stars" and "Dancing with the Stars the
Results Show" are broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected
HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio via SAP.
Both programs carry a TV-PG parental guideline.
