British Big Brother Contestant Attacked  9/19/06

A contestant on British reality TV show Big Brother has been rushed to hospital after being assaulted and burned with a cigarette by a stranger.

Grace Adams-Short, who appeared on Big Brother earlier this summer (06), was attacked as she left London's Gay club in the early hours of yesterday (18SEP06) morning.

Adams-Short, 20, was punched to the ground before being kicked in the head and burned on the arm with a cigarette.

She says, "The guy just lashed out because I tried to stop him hurting my friend. He was an animal. I hope he is found and punished."
