Kate Winslet Terrified by Nude Scene  9/24/06

Kate Winslet was mortified when she learned she had to do a nude scene in her new movie All the King's Men because she was so self-conscious about her body after having two children.

Winslet starred in the film alongside Sean Penn and Jude Law and admits she had to think long and hard about baring all for the camera.

She explains, "You're beside yourself with terror, not least because it's like someone turning around to you in a restaurant and saying, 'I dare you to put some tap shoes on and dance naked on the table.'

"You'd rather do anything than do that. Every time (I do a nude scene) I say to myself, 'Why am I doing this again? I've had two children. I don't have the belly for this!'"

The Titanic star claims she cracks down and focuses on her diet a few right before her racy scenes.

She adds, "For a couple of weeks building up to it I'll lay off booze and bread and be insanely disciplined."
