THE BIGGEST LOSER GOES TO THE BEACH-- In a special two-hour episode, the contestants get a taste of life away from the ranch with a trip to the beach. The teams quickly learn that it isn't all fun in the sun after Bob and Kim put them through a series of grueling workouts in the sand. 

At the challenge, the teams will fight for the chance to receive care packages from their families by building mountains of sand in order reach a team flag. 

Meanwhile, one contestant receives devastating news from home that could force them to leave the ranch. 

Caroline Rhea ("Sabrina, the Teenage Witch") hosts the series.
