Tom Cruise Shows Mother Love for Her Birthday  9/27/06

Tom Cruise treated his mother to a whole lotta LOVE at the weekend (22SEP06) when he took her and 10 family members to Las Vegas, Nevada to celebrate her 70th birthday.

The actor's mum Mary Lee, his wife-to-be Katie Holmes and other lucky family members checked out Cirque du Soleil's Beatles show Love at the Mirage and were then treated to a backstage tour.

As they did for Sir Paul McCartney earlier this summer (06), the Cirque du Soleil cast sang Happy Birthday to Cruise's thrilled mother, who was also treated to a meal at Wynn Las Vegas' signature steakhouse SW.
