Anna Nicole Smith's Lawyer Reveals Paternity  9/27/06

Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer has revealed he is the father of the baby girl born three days before her son Daniel died earlier this month (SEP06).

Howard K Stern made the admission on US chat show Larry King Live yesterday (26SEP06), and also announced the couple has named the newborn baby Dannie Lynn Hope, for sustaining them through their grief.

He said, "Right now we have to somehow get through what we're going through.

And I'll tell you, our baby is the one ray of hope."

Daniel, 20, died on 10 September (06) while visiting his mother in hospital in the Bahamas following the birth. Autopsies on the body remain inconclusive but both suicide and foul play have been ruled out.

Stern added, "We're still waiting to find out what the cause is. We also now have an indication that there may have been other prescriptive medication in his system."
