Pop star Kelly Clarkson's North American tour is back on after poor ticket sales forced the American Idol winner to reconsider an arena tour.

The Since U Been Gone singer scrapped the arena dates at the beginning of the summer, but now plans to hit smaller venues in October (07).  

Clarkson's new theatre dates begin in Verona, New York on 10 October (07) and will end with a show at country music mecca the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee on 3 December (07).
