Diane Kruger: "I Told Richard Gere of My Mother's Crush" 9/10/07
German actress Diane Kruger surprised Richard Gere on the first day of
shooting new movie The Hunting Party - she told the actor her mum has a
huge crush on him.
The 31-year-old now wishes she hadn't passed the information onto her co-star, although Gere did sign an autograph for her mother. She says, "The first day I made a major faux-pas and told him. You don't tell people your mom is in love with them and not you. He was gracious about it though."
