Country star Sara Evans' estranged husband is calling for honesty in his divorce battle with the singer after asking her to come clean about reported romances with Kenny Chesney and Richard Marx.

Craig Schelske has filed new court documents asking Evans if she was romantically involved with nearly a dozen people during their marriage.

The document was filed last week (04Sep07) in Williamson Country chancery court, according to The Tennessean newspaper.

If the court order stands, Evans will be forced to state under oath and penalty of perjury whether or not she had "an affair/sexual relationship/romantic involvement" with Chesney or Marx, among others.

Schelske's documents also seeks to find out if there was any relationship between his wife and members of the group 3 Doors Down.

A hearing is set for 28 September (07) in Hickman County.
