Comedienne Kathy Griffin is engaged to millionaire Steve Wozniak, according to U.S reports.

The funny woman was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger at the Emmy Awards Ceremony in Los Angeles.

Asked if she was due to marry the Apple co-founder, Griffin replied, "I don't kiss and tell."

Meanwhile Wozniak has revealed how the pair met.

He tells Us Magazine, "I was a fan of hers before we met. I love her personality and her quick thinking. I think we have so much in common."

Griffin adds, "The thing is he doesn't realize that I am the brains of the operation and he is like some dumb bimbo that I picked up!"
