Comedienne Kathy Griffin has denied reports she is engaged to her millionaire boyfriend Steve Wozniak.

Griffin was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger at the recent Emmy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles - but the funny woman insists it's not an engagement band.

She says, "Steve surprised me with a beautiful ring. It is not an engagement ring, just a lovely gesture from a lovely man."
