Meg Ryan's Motherly Bond With Adopted Daisy 9/25/08

Meg Ryan shares such a close bond with her adopted daughter Daisy, she insists it doesn't matter that she was not her birth mother. Ryan adopted Chinese Daisy in 2006, when she was 14 months old.

And she is convinced they were destined to be together. The actress - who has a 16 year old son, Jack, with ex-husband Dennis Quaid - tells InStyle magazine, "Daisy is brilliant.

As mysterious and magical as it is to have a baby you have birth to, I have the exact same thing with Daisy. I feel like we made some agreement, long ago, and far away, to meet in the way we did."
