Nicole Richie Gets Her License Back 9/30/08

Socialite Nicole Richie is back behind the wheel a year after she was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). The former Simple Life star's license was officially changed from 'suspended' to 'restricted' on 19 September (08), according to Los Angeles Department of Motor Vehicles records.

Richie served 82 minutes behind bars and had to undertake an 18-month anti-DUI course after she was caught driving the wrong way down a freeway ramp road. As a restricted license holder, Richie can now use her car for work-related activities.
